About the Role

The Creative Manager will lead our team in developing and executing innovative visual and conceptual designs across various media platforms. This role involves managing the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and align with our brand identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Communicate Creative Concepts
    • Develop and communicate creative concepts, strategies, and visual guidelines for projects.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency
    • Ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity across all creative outputs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Plan and Execute Creative Projects
    • Plan and oversee the execution of creative projects from conception to delivery.
  • Manage Project Timelines and Resources
    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and successful outcomes.
  • Develop Visual Concepts and Designs
    • Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs for print, digital, and multimedia projects.
  • Review and Approve Creative Materials
    • Review and approve creative materials to ensure they meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Lead and Manage the Creative Team
    • Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workloads to meet project deadlines.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for team members' professional development.
  • Support Marketing and Sales Departments
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to support their creative needs.
  • Ensure Quality and Accuracy
    • Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on creative deliverables before final approval.
    • Ensure that designs are error-free, visually appealing, and effectively communicate the intended message.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design styles.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with multimedia tools.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and industry trends.
    • Experience in managing budgets and resources for creative projects is a plus.
