Business System Specialist

We seek an experienced Business System Specialist to work closely with clients, analysing their needs and delivering solutions that meet business requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in defining their business objectives.
  • Support clients with their business challenges and enhancements.
  • Perform gap analysis between customer needs and system capabilities.
  • Assess, strategise, and manage deployments within the business applications team.
  • Design, implement, and deliver solutions to optimise business functions and enhance experiences.
  • Create change requests where enhancements are required.
  • Work with resources to ensure clients maximise system value.
  • Help clients simplify, optimise, and modernise their business systems.
  • Contribute to product reference databases and identify internal developments for software.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience as a Business Consultant or similar role.
  • Experience in design and implementation of business systems, specifically TechnologyOne CES, CI, and CIA.
  • Proficiency in TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, Enterprise Asset Management, Project Lifecycle Management, or Property and Rating skills.
  • Ability to document functional specifications and requirements artefacts.
  • Capacity to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
  • Alignment with company values.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, organised, and effectively solve problems.
  • Tertiary qualification in any related field.
