Program Development Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents.
- Developing diverse range of programs tailored to resident interests, abilities, and preferences.
- Conducting assessments to ensure needs-based programming is occurring.
- Overseeing the execution of planned activities and events, ensuring they are well-organized, safe, and inclusive.
- Recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers who can assist with activities and events.
Key requirements include a Cert IV Leisure & Health qualification, adaptability, passion for learning, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team approach.
