The objective of this position is to assist in identifying, developing and implementing projects that improve the delivery of a state-wide program and achieve better outcomes.

  • Support senior staff to identify, develop and implement projects that enhance the effectiveness of the state-wide program.
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure focus on key priorities and enable risk-based approaches to regulation.
  • Develop initiatives and programs to drive continuous improvement; these may include proposals, briefs, reports, operational orders, referrals and correspondence.
  • Oversee structured proactive compliance programs and operations that support national compliance projects achieving defined outcomes.
  • Engage with regulators, industry and stakeholders to establish effective working relationships and represent the organization at state and national levels.

This role involves maintaining high-level professional capability through learning and development initiatives.
