Job Opportunity

The Queensland Government's Department of Customer Services delivers innovative grant programs to support small businesses across the state. As a Senior Program Officer, you will contribute to the development and evaluation of these programs, working closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with government priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate programs and assessments to identify areas for improvement and inform future program development.
  • Prepare responses to ministerial requests and departmental enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Chair team meetings and coordinate activities to promote team cohesion and operational goals.
  • Manage grants administration using CRM and SmartyGrants systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and innovation.
  • Coordinate updates to the Business Queensland website and assist in designing grant application forms.
