About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strata Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a mixed-use and well-maintained portfolio, implementing compliance with relevant strata and community title legislation, and assessing and implementing strata/community management agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties and facilities
  • Implement and maintain compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Assess and implement strata/community management agreements
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities
  • Develop and establish property and facilities contracts
Requirements
  • Previous strata management or property management experience is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft software packages and able to work with innovative technology and systems
  • Clean police clearance and ability to manage conflict in various scenarios
