About the Role:

Gough Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Strata Management professional to join our team. As a Strata Manager or Assistant Support, you will have the opportunity to work with a small portfolio and provide administrative support to up to 3 Strata Managers, allowing them to focus on their meetings and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Strata Managers, including tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the management of a small portfolio of strata schemes, including tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, and meeting coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including strata committee members, owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Strata Managers to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Strata Management as an Assistant or Strata Manager.
  • Sound understanding of the role and duties of a Strata Manager.
  • Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills.
