Strata Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a mixed-use and well-maintained portfolio, implementing compliance with relevant strata and community title legislation, and assessing and implementing strata/community management agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse portfolio of properties and facilities
- Implement and maintain compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Assess and implement strata/community management agreements
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities
- Develop and establish property and facilities contracts
- Previous strata management or property management experience is highly advantageous
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft software packages
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Clean police clearance
