Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties and liaise with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Attend and conduct strata meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and services for the properties under management, working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports for each property, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Utilize industry-leading software, such as Strata Master, to manage the portfolio effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Strata Manager, with a proven track record of success in managing residential properties.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the Strata Titles Act and other relevant legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience using Strata Master software is highly desirable, but not essential.
