Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our Sydney Consulting team. In this role, you will assist clients in transitioning to modern technologies to improve their business operations.

This is a key opportunity to drive growth, innovation, and execution in the D365 (Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM), Azure, PowerApps, Power BI, and/or SQL space, as well as supporting languages such as Python.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in building BDO's Digital & Technology Advisory presence by providing expertise in one or more of the following: D365 (Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM), Azure, PowerApps, Power BI, and/or SQL, and supporting languages such as Python.
  • Supporting the development of compelling, unique and innovative value propositions and solutions by leveraging Microsoft technologies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to leverage the breadth of the firm's expertise and innovation.
  • Leading client engagements and acting as a key contact with senior stakeholders.
  • Driving self-growth by initiating own development and enhancing the capability of the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in one of or more programs of the Microsoft product stack, particularly as a functional consultant or architect.
  • Relevant career experience managing and implementing projects in one or more of the following programs: D365 (Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM), Azure, PowerApps, Power BI, and/or SQL, and supporting languages such as Python.
  • A desire and willingness to develop technical skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and networking skills and exceptional stakeholder management.
  • Strong, structured problem-solving skills and client service team leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing team members both in work quality and in role modelling firm values in behaviour day to day.
