We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at Perpetual, a leading Institutional Fiduciary and Digital Solutions provider in Australia.

As a Lead Digital Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of clients onto Perpetual's platform product suite, including systems integration, overall performance, and client experience.

The role requires a strong understanding of complex business processes, including Trust management, Funding Optimisation, PRS product sets, and other initiatives. You will also have the ability to identify suitable workarounds solutions that consider both risk, client impact, and client experience.

You will work closely with the development team to support the development of new products and continuous improvement of Perpetual's products and processes. This includes delivering onboarding activities to completion within budget and timeframe, supporting UAT and client testing activities, and developing content for internal process and procedure documents, user guides, and client-facing collateral.

In addition, you will participate in requirements gathering, backlog review sessions, and prepare ad-hoc analysis as required. You will also understand current data templates and data models across all product lines and contribute to the refinement/development of further Perpetual data templates/inputs as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field, as well as over 5 years of experience in Securitisation, Trust Management, or Treasury. You will also need to have proficiency in SQL and statistical programs like R, intermediate Excel skills for quick data analysis and conclusion drawing, and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
