About the Role

As a Digital Transformation Lead at Microsoft, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and innovation across industries. This dynamic position requires a strong leader with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of sales executives to develop strong trusted advisor relationships with CxOs and drive business transformation.
  • Coach your team to listen and consult customers to understand their complete needs across products, training, support, and change management.
  • Buid strong relationships with key partners and scale through sharing with outbound co-sell partners and focus on common territory planning.
  • Continuously review and accept digital marketing led signals and drive potential opportunities.
  • Help orchestrate with other managers to maximize results on selling across the Microsoft Cloud.
  • Lead the conversation on support opportunities to help our customers see the value of our offering.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven sales management experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Technology and cloud-related sales or business development experience.
  • Superior leadership skills with the ability to enable high performers and motivate underperformers.
  • Experience initiating and driving business strategy discussions with C-level executives and business decision makers.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
