Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Support Specialist.

This role is responsible for providing technical support and assistance with incident and change management, working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud and datacentre technologies, VMWare, Microsoft, Cisco, and public cloud platforms.

Strong vendor management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to multiple enterprise customers across key technologies.

A strong focus on security, compliance, and risk management is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot virtualised compute environments to ensure high uptime and availability.
  • Manage user access and security, including administration of user access domains and groups.
  • Identify and remediate vulnerabilities within defined SLAs across multiple platforms and vendors.
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance issues that impact service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of cloud-hosted and on-premises technologies, including VMware vSphere, Windows Server Administration, Backup and Storage Platforms, Security and Protection applications, Active Directory Administration and Support, OS patch management using WSUS, SCCM, Repo server, Protection Applications, Vulnerability Management and Remediation, and Service Now SNOW experience.

This role operates between Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home.

Requirements
