Business Development Manager

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and engaging with potential clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage with wholesale investors, high net worth individuals, and family offices through networking, referrals, events, and other lead-generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service delivery and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our investment products to prospective clients and tailor presentations to meet their specific needs and objectives.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in Australia's investment landscape to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in Australia.
  • E nsure all activities adhere to Australian financial regulations, including ASIC guidelines and relevant licensing requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market research principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
