Requirements:

  • Affinity with the brand, living, loving, and breathing its product
  • Demonstrated experience in a management role, preferably within Retail or a customer-led industry
  • Exceptional communication skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with employees and customers
  • Encouraging leader with exceptional people management skills, encouraging innovation and motivation within teams
