Lead a High-Performing Retail Team

We're seeking an experienced and motivated leader to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in our retail stores. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team through effective coaching and support to achieve sales targets and improve store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees by adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Business Performance: Deliver sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain store presentation standards to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Administration: Manage administration tasks, including payroll, stock ordering, and other operational activities.

You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with liquor licensing regulations and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
