ServiceNow Developer for Greenfield Implementation Project

ServiceNow Developer is currently required for a 12 months fixed term assignment to join a Global consulting firm to design, develop and implement ServiceNow using modules including ITSM, CSM, FSM and EAM on a mission critical project.

You will be required to perform the following:

  • Configure, develop, and customize core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM, and EAM
  • Architect and implement integrations with third-party systems (SailPoint, Jira, SCCM, Azure, GCP) using REST/SOAP APIs, Service Graph Connectors, and other relevant technologies.
  • Automate service provisioning and deprovisioning using Flow Designer, orchestrations, and custom scripts

  • Establish and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) within ServiceNow, ensuring secure and efficient user provisioning.

  • Develop Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and workflows, including role assignments, approvals, and auditing.

To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer who has experience in development, installation and configuration for ServiceNow across multiple modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM and EAM. You will also have experience with implementing and managing discovery for accurate CI detection along with maintaining robust CMDB structures and developing CSDM framework. Advanced integration experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs is also a requirement. Excellent problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills are a must. You will also hold ServiceNow Certifications.
