A dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse is sought to work in our high-performing Endoscopy Unit on a fixed term contract.
This rewarding role involves working with a collaborative team, making a difference for patients across Northern Tasmania, and gaining valuable experience in a specialised clinical area.
Key responsibilities include welcoming patients into the unit, assisting medical officers during procedures, providing safe recovery for patients post-procedure, and building strong connections with patients and their families through clear communication.
To be successful in this role, you will have recent experience in acute care or hospital settings, a passion for patient-centred care, and a commitment to being part of a values-driven organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Recent experience in acute care or hospital settings
- Ideal exposure to Endoscopy or Theatre
- Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills
