Job Title: Maintenance Assurance Inspector

Job Description:

Plantation Homes is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Assurance Inspector to join our Home Assurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and materials are maintained throughout the building process.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the building industry, with a proven track record in quality assurance and maintenance supervision. You will leverage your skills and expertise to oversee the quality assurance stage of the building process, ensuring all maintenance and warranty work is completed to Plantation's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly resolving new home customers' concerns and issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring all maintenance and warranty work is completed to Plantation's quality standards.
  • Complying with legal obligations such as OH&S, building codes, energy, fire, and electrical regulations.
  • Overseeing contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers onsite.
  • Achieving set maintenance and warranty targets within set timeframes.
  • Effectively communicating with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting Quality Assurance inspections.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a construction, warranty, or building supervisor position.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to professionally engage each task in a well-planned, fully accountable manner.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders.
