Security Governance Lead

We are seeking a professional to lead our security governance and risk management efforts. This is a strategic role where your leadership will directly influence the safety and resilience of Australia's submarine capability.
- Lead security governance and risk management across multiple sites and programs.
- Ensure compliance with all defence security frameworks such as DSPF & PSPF.
- Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs within the organization.
- Conduct and guide security risk assessments and assurance activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Commonwealth and State security agencies.
- Manage insider threat identification, reporting, and mitigation processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Security Management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in policy investigations, risk assessment, and/or DISP-related security roles.
- Strong understanding of compliance, assurance, and governance frameworks.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
