Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead architecture initiatives, delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define strategic direction, create solution blueprints, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Develop and implement architectural guardrails, identify reusable design patterns, and align project delivery with business standards.
  • Lead workshops and secure buy-in from development and testing teams on architectural solutions.
  • Act as a leader, mentor, and coach to architects and testing professionals, supporting career growth and capability uplift.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the architecture function and represent the organisation at industry forums.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in leading architectural transformations and delivering business value through innovative solutions.
  • Expertise in testing strategies, automation frameworks, performance testing, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple architecture domains, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and test management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in Agile principles and delivering business solutions at scale.
