We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to spearhead the development and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across our organization.

  • Develop and drive enterprise architecture strategy for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and technology frameworks, driving efficient operations and enhanced user experience.
  • Provide leadership and governance for large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations, optimizing system performance, scalability, and security.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure long-term sustainability, collaborating with senior business and IT leaders to align architecture with strategic goals.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in solution architecture, with expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
      • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its integration within enterprise environments.
      • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise integration tools.
      • Proficiency in API management, ETL, iPaaS, and data governance.
      • Strong background in security, compliance, and database management (SQL & NoSQL).
