Nurse Practitioner Role

The Nurse Practitioner role is a pivotal position in delivering high-quality, family-centered care that requires expertise in patient assessment, management, and treatment.

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, conducting thorough physical exams, collecting vital data, interpreting lab results, diagnosing conditions, administering treatments, and performing minor surgeries as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment: Utilize your extensive knowledge of anatomy, neurology, microbiology, physiology, psychology, disabilities, pharmacology, gerontology, human development, and medical terminology to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Diagnosis and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive physical exams, collect and analyze data, interpret lab results, diagnose conditions, administer appropriate treatments, and perform minor surgical procedures as necessary.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead clinical shifts, ensure seamless patient processing, and serve as a valuable resource and mentor to staff and students.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Proficiency with computerized medical records and billing systems.
  • Licenses and certifications: NP license, ATLS, BCLS (upon hire).
