Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized patient care based on assessed needs
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care plans
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery
Essential Requirements
  • Hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication within a team environment
  • Be available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or aged care setting
