About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of People, Culture and Compliance to join Bio Gro. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's culture and overall employee experience, driving continuous improvement in people and safety performance across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including compliance with employment legislation, remuneration, recruitment and selection, leadership development, and workforce planning and development.

This role requires a solution-oriented individual with contemporary knowledge of culture, safety, and wellbeing practices. They will partner with the Senior Leadership group to provide high-quality guidance, advice, and information on industrial legislation and employment law, employee engagement, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, and retention.

  • Lead the HR Operations team, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement in people and safety performance
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership group to provide guidance and advice on industrial legislation and employment law
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to safety and compliance
  • Oversee the delivery of corporate compliance and risk management activities

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications and at least 5+ years' experience in relevant fields, as well as proven leadership and collaboration skills. They will be able to maintain a positive work culture while promoting values that align with Bio Gro's Mission, Vision, and Values.
