About the Role:

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the clinical performance of the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network, leading proactive service planning and effective corporate and clinical governance. The successful candidate will be a highly strategic, driven, and collaborative leader with exceptional communication skills, able to build trusted relationships across the health landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold single point of accountability to the CEO for clinical performance
  • Lead leadership and influence over the day-to-day running of all clinical services
  • Drive continuous improvement across clinical programs
  • Foster high levels of clinical engagement to ensure consumer-centred and integrated care
Requirements:
  • Proven experience inspiring, leading, and influencing large multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated experience driving and navigating large-scale change management
  • Ability to analyse and conceptualise problems, formulating and executing solutions
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
