ERP Systems Manager

This role involves overseeing the on-premises Navision ERP system, partnering with business and integration teams to ensure stability, optimize performance, and support ongoing growth.

  • Manage configuration, permissions, upgrades, troubleshooting, and daily support as a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Maintain accurate system documentation, SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align processes and prioritize enhancements.
  • Liaise with Integration teams to maintain and evolve system interfaces.
  • Lead the consolidation of legacy QuickBooks systems into Navision, overseeing migration, validation, and training.
  • Monitor system health, data integrity, and performance; recommend improvements.
  • Oversee vendors, patches, and upgrades to ensure system reliability.
  • Ensure change management through effective communication, training, and documentation.
  • Comply with ERP governance standards for backups, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Action-oriented and solution-focused individual with experience in managing ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of system configuration, permissions, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with Integration team procedures and system interface requirements.
  • Proven track record of successfully consolidating legacy systems into new ERP platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of vendor management, patching, and upgrading to ensure system reliability.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
