This role is for a skilled Human Resources professional to provide recruitment services, coordinate selection processes and produce contractual documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment services including advertisement of positions and coordination of selection processes
  • Produce contractual documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries through the careers website
  • Coordinate temporary assignment of labour hire engagements
  • Provide general HR and OHS advice
  • Update Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Assist with project work to support the development and delivery of organisational development initiatives

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing human resource management services including recruitment, establishment and learning and development services
  • A sound understanding of contemporary human resource management and occupational health and safety issues and trends
  • Experience in assisting with the identification, development and implementation of projects and initiatives
  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise and control own workload
