A top-tier infrastructure specialist is needed to oversee high-profile construction projects.

The Role

As a key team member, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining on-site teams and supervising subcontractors and suppliers
  • Fostering program delivery and ensuring all works meet the highest safety and quality standards

You will also be in charge of:

  • Managing the entire project lifecycle from procurement to handover
  • Liaising with stakeholders and clients including TfNSW and local councils
  • Oversight of budget, program, and safety performance
  • Leadership of site personnel, subcontractors, and project engineers
  • Reporting, forecasting, and contract administration
  • Risk identification and mitigation
Ideal Candidate

We seek a candidate with:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in civil construction
  • Proven experience managing complex subdivision works or TfNSW infrastructure projects
  • In-depth knowledge of roads, earthworks, drainage, and services
  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • A results-driven approach with a commitment to safety and quality
