Job Opportunity

The Digital Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving our organization's digital strategy, optimizing existing products, and delivering cutting-edge AI-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the digital team to deliver key projects in advanced analytics and AI, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.
  • Align strategic objectives with global programs, fostering strong relationships with international counterparts and subject matter experts.
  • Work on multiple concurrent projects within the production and WRFM community, effectively integrating into agile squads and supporting delivery.
  • Provide business analysis for digital capability requirements, development, deployment, and utilization.
  • Evaluate benefits from changes against value drivers and performance metrics.
  • Closely work with developers, testers, and requestors to ensure changes meet specifications.
  • Integrate and sustain solutions within the organization, demonstrating tangible value from projects and change requests.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and provide regular updates, maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Enhance awareness among the wider organization regarding the digital role and its opportunities.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry and tertiary level education.
  • Background in working with unconventional assets such as coal seam gas, with Well Reservoir and Facility Management (WRFM) knowledge.
  • Business analysis, project management (Agile), Power BI, systems/software development, UAT, performance, and KPI management skills.
  • Knowledge of mainstream programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking for engineering solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
