Digital Media Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our digital media strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of retail media in Australia. You will work closely with our retail network partner to develop and implement campaigns that drive business results.
- Develop and execute digital media strategies across internal digital assets and external paid media.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, execution, and optimization.
- Work collaboratively with our digital team to ensure seamless integration with existing digital platforms.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Hands-on experience with Google Paid Ads, Meta Ads, and digital ad formats (CPC/CPM).
- Experience with Amazon Paid Ads is a bonus.
- Strong skills in campaign reporting, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
- A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and account management skills.
