Procurement Specialist

O'Brien is also part of Belron®, worldwide leader in vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration services, operating in 40 countries across 6 continents.The Network & Property Project Specialist supports the development of our AutoGlass retail branches, growing the network through proactive consulting with retail Partners. You will demonstrate effective risk assessment and project management of expanding our current stores and development of new stores. This role requires a unique set of skills that combines a strategic mind-set with the ability to execute operationally. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the key metrics that define a profitable site and network across all of our branches both offline and online. In addition, this role will take responsibility for reviewing the existing network portfolio to identify future growth opportunities, divestment opportunities as well as formulating and implementing network defence strategies.

Internal relationships - Support Functions including the Property Team, Human Resources, Finance and Information Technology and Supply and Distribution, Branch Network & Operations Teams
External relationships - Local customers, Local Suppliers

**Qualifications**:
Essential
Minimum School Certificate or equivalent

Experience & Attributes
Essential
5+ years in mergers and acquisitions or experience in a commercial business role
Excellent Commercial negotiation with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experienced in creating a network strategy and ability to combine strategic network vision with execution
Knowledge of CAD Software essential
Ability to challenge the status quo and see market and commercial opportunities that align with the vision and strategy
Ability to influence others across to drive the right outcomes, ensuring return on investment targets are achieved
Advanced knowledge of retail metrics and strong analytical/modelling background; able to understand business insights and turn them into action.
