**The Role**

Partnering closely with key stakeholders, the Business Improvement Partner will primarily focus is on the execution and improvement of O’Brien’s Sustainability strategy and initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

- Deliver a range of strategically relevant projects that drive the organisation's overall progress and objectives for sustainability, operational business processes and value-add projects
- Deliver compliance for environmental systems and practices through the development of the O’Brien Sustainability Management System against three key areas: The environment, emissions, and education & reporting
- Oversee the establishment of a sustainable business approach in collaboration with key stakeholders within O’Brien and our global parent company Belron
- Support and communicate with relevant stakeholders across business sustainability initiatives and other improvement projects
- Ensure the business meets all sustainability legislative requirements and all systems, processes, and reporting are established and maintained accurately

**What we are looking for**

- Experience driving improvements in business processes and delivering on value-add projects
- Sustainability knowledge is desirable but not essential as the sustainability strategy has largely been developed. Internal and external sustainability training will be provided
- Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a business improvement or sustainability improvement related role
- Experience in using Microsoft excel for understanding and reporting data for opportunity identification and reporting to our Belron parent company
- An ability to develop and maintain key annual sustainability reports, policies, and practices
- Strong stakeholder partnering, leading meetings, PowerPoint presentation and education skills, to drive key outcomes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
