As an Early Childhood Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children and their families. This role offers the chance to support the delivery of our NDIS Early Childhood Approach at a local level.

You will work closely with families to help children reach their full potential through effective planning and support, while also fostering meaningful connections within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting families through a child and family-centred approach, ensuring children receive appropriate interventions based on best practice evidence.
  • Using your qualifications in early childhood, allied health, social work, or a related field to inform evidence-based decision-making.
  • Completing functional assessments for children with developmental concerns or disabilities, determining their needs and ensuring timely referrals to appropriate support pathways.
  • Connecting families to community services and mainstream programs to enhance their social participation and access to essential services.
  • Guiding families through NDIS plan reassessments, gathering evidence, assisting with goal development, and ensuring the right support is in place.
  • Utilising the NDIS plan to support children and their families with improved choice, control, social participation, and overall quality of life.
