Job Description

The Enrolments and Community Relations Officer plays a vital role in representing Christ through service, connecting with prospective families, and promoting our school's culture and Christian ethos.

This position combines administration, hospitality, and enrolments, offering a unique opportunity to connect with families and support the flourishing of our school community.

  • Coordinate the full enrolment process from first contact to the student's first day.
  • Promote a warm and welcoming environment aligned with our gospel values.
  • Host guests in a way that reflects Christ's love and hospitality.
  • Provide administrative support to the front office and backup reception duties.
  • Manage student withdrawals with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a passionate and relational candidate who is committed to the Lord Jesus Christ, has relevant qualifications and/or experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, and possesses strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and administrative systems, as well as demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

They will be able to stay calm under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and represent the school positively and professionally in all interactions.
