As a customer service representative, you will be working in a hybrid environment at North Ryde/Sydney. This role involves providing exceptional customer service skills and accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Previous experience with order entries
  • Call centre and high volume call experience
  • Liaising confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and flexible overtime to meet customer needs

You should also possess intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel) and the ability to work in diverse environments. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be willing to learn new technologies and processes.
