Job Title: Operations Excellence Specialist

This role puts you at the center of our operations, overseeing the full lifecycle of hire fleet assets.

  • Manage the return-to-dispatch cycle of hire fleet assets, including inspections, scoping, preparation, and quality checks.
  • Ensure on-time, first-time quality standards for customer deliveries and 60-day service calls.
  • Coordinate asset materials using a kanban system and track process improvements.
  • Support operational teams by assisting with small maintenance tasks as required to meet customer demand.
  • Stock management tasks ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prioritize, and motivate teams in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Build positive relationships and maintain clear, professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's Licence and Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer literacy (MS Office) skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
