About the Role

This is a professional position that requires experience in email marketing and automation. We are seeking an individual who can plan, build, test, and submit high-quality email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging email content that drives customer engagement and loyalty
  • Analyze campaign performance using CRM data and A/B testing results to inform future improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design briefs and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
  • Monitor data errors and escalate potential issues to prevent downtime or revenue loss
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in email marketing and automation

We require professionals with expertise in:

  • Marketing Automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable)
  • Multistakeholder relationship management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Data analysis using Google or Adobe Analytics tools
  • UI/UX understanding and HTML/CSS knowledge
