Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team where you'll work collaboratively with colleagues and subject matter experts to refine complex problems through scientific thinking, algorithms, and data processing.

  • Immerse yourself in our data, wrangling complex and messy datasets to contribute to our shared understanding of the value contained within.
  • Apply sound scientific methods (i.e. hypothesis generation, experimentation, analysis) to drive product development (e.g. model development, model evaluation, POC design).
  • Lead hypothesis-driven experimentation and deliver measurable impact through holdouts.
  • Work towards achieving high personal coding standards, collaborating with other scientists and engineers to produce robust and reproducible code.
  • Maintain and operate end-to-end pipelines supporting data-intensive applications.
Your Skills
  • Previous experience in a similar analytics role.
  • Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R).
  • Bachelor's, Masters, or Ph.D in Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to grasp mathematical concepts underpinning related domains.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messages for peers and stakeholders.
