We're on a mission to deliver innovative programs and initiatives that support veterans and their families. To help us achieve this goal, we need an exceptional Senior Data Analyst who can drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of the GA4 stack, ensuring a solid measurement framework is in place.
  • Expertly manage GTM, maintaining dataLayer integrity, custom event tracking, variables & triggers, and conducting routine audits to ensure accurate and compliant data.
  • Deliver actionable insights by exploring advanced GA4 segments, identifying journey drop-offs, and packaging findings into clear recommendations and dashboards (Looker Studio or similar) that non-technical teams can act upon.
  • Fuel experimentation by translating analytics into high-impact test hypotheses, helping define success metrics, and partnering with our eCommerce testing specialist on A/B and multivariate website testing.
  • Mastery attribution & audiences by refining channel-ROI models, building first-party audiences across Google & Meta, and syncing segments from BigQuery/CDPs for smarter targeting and insights.
  • Champion data governance & privacy by upholding naming conventions, QA checklists, automated alerts, and privacy-centric tagging solutions, ensuring our analytics are future-ready.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on GA4 ownership (implementation and ongoing optimisation).
  • Deep GTM expertise.
  • Proficiency in SQL / T-SQL and BigQuery (or equivalent) skills to query GA4 export tables and join CRM / transactional data for unsampled, holistic insights.
  • Evidence of using analytics to unlock revenue or engagement growth.
