Insurance Product Strategist for Global Expansion

At Open, we revolutionise insurance by providing smart and intuitive experiences. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in enabling our expansion into new markets, launching innovative insurance products, and delivering disruptive features that unlock new sales opportunities.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technical-minded Product Manager to lead our proprietary sales platforms. You will develop a deep understanding of how our platform supports our partners and end customers, create and maintain the roadmap for our sales platforms, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an amazing platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of our platform's capabilities and limitations.
  • Create and maintain the roadmap for our proprietary sales platforms.
  • Lead elaboration of stories delivered in our sales platforms, balancing feasibility and desirability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Lead prioritization for the squad.
  • Obsess about product analytics that measure impact and inform direction.

Requirements:

  • Single-minded determination to define quarterly goals and deliver at pace.
  • A proven track record in creating and delivering low-code or no-code technology products that provide delightful user experiences in a scalable way.
  • Sound problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior stakeholders.
  • A strong product management toolkit from strategy-setting through to delivery, honed by 8+ years in product management.
