About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services. As a Personal Care Worker, you will be part of an experienced and engaged team providing a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care services to residents, including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, and social activities.
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining a safe and respectful environment for residents.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification.
  • Experience in an aged care environment.
  • Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan.
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
