About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ITS Superintendent to join our team at Ventia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering aspects of services and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians to achieve the delivery of engineering aspects of services and projects
- Prepare, update, and implement the Maintenance Management Plan
- Work with the ITS Lead to secure external resources and adopt lessons learned from past delivery and implementation
- Diagnose delivery-related issues and resolve through documentation and escalation
- Prepare the list of deliverables and tasks from the overall delivery and their transfer to the baseline maintenance schedule
- Liaise with the client, site, and vendors on aspects of works
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in electrical/control systems/communication engineering
- Experience in Intelligent Transport Systems highly regarded
- Highly driven and motivated individual with leadership experience
- Solid background in Traffic Signals
- Driver's license and white card
- Ability to provide outside-of-hours assistance whenever required
