About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ITS Superintendent to join our team at Ventia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering aspects of services and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians to achieve the delivery of engineering aspects of services and projects
  • Prepare, update, and implement the Maintenance Management Plan
  • Work with the ITS Lead to secure external resources and adopt lessons learned from past delivery and implementation
  • Diagnose delivery-related issues and resolve through documentation and escalation
  • Prepare the list of deliverables and tasks from the overall delivery and their transfer to the baseline maintenance schedule
  • Liaise with the client, site, and vendors on aspects of works

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in electrical/control systems/communication engineering
  • Experience in Intelligent Transport Systems highly regarded
  • Highly driven and motivated individual with leadership experience
  • Solid background in Traffic Signals
  • Driver's license and white card
  • Ability to provide outside-of-hours assistance whenever required
