About the Role

This Traffic Signal and ITS Equipment Maintenance Technician position offers a rewarding career opportunity for an experienced technician with a background in electrical maintenance and a strong understanding of ITS equipment and systems.

The successful applicant will be based in Sydney, working across various areas including Campbeltown, Liverpool, Fairfield, and surrounds, as well as Penrith through to the Blue Mountains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain traffic signals and ITS equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Comply with statutory requirements and contract or project management systems.
  • Implement and comply with site OH&S requirements as per Ventia policy.
  • Participate in on-call and relief service obligation.
  • Coordinate emergency response procedures.

Requirements

  • Relevant trade experience and electrical license is a must.
  • Experience in ITS and/or traffic signals is a must.
  • Valid driver's license is a must.
  • White card is a must.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
