Your Role

As Dining Experience Director, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience is exceptional. You'll be hands-on on the floor, driving sales and managing productivity while fostering a vibrant atmosphere that keeps our guests returning.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a management role within an award-winning or premium restaurant setting.
  • Leadership: A genuine passion for cultivating talent and leading by example, inspiring your team to excel daily.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and late nights while maintaining a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for creating a memorable atmosphere for guests.
  • Vision: Ability to curate an outstanding venue appearance and ensure a happy, engaged team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Certification: Additional certifications in restaurant or food service management are advantageous.
  • Safety Awareness: Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards.
