Key Role: Pricing Strategist

Deliver exceptional value to customers through data-driven pricing initiatives.

  • Pricing Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine pricing frameworks that balance competitiveness, profitability, and customer perception.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and price movements to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate the impact of pricing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to enhance outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improvements in pricing processes, data quality, and analytical approaches.
What You'll Bring:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial or Strategy roles (retail or FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Solid presentation and storytelling skills, capable of clearly conveying insights both verbally and through compelling visual slides.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or other analytical tools an advantage.
  • Commercial understanding of the relationship between pricing, sales, and profitability.
  • Strong communication skills, able to present insights clearly and effectively.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
