Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, negotiate, and execute supply contracts in accordance with risk management guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Support local businesses in delivering products and services in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Identify and notify possible variations in line with the agreement.
  • Streamline processes and conduct root cause analysis to optimize project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in law, engineering, business, accounting, quantity surveying, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with common forms of supply contracts and agreements.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Apps, PDF software, and other relevant systems.
  • Strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to drive performance, cultivate relationships, and foster teamwork.
