Empowering Indigenous Careers

The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is committed to supporting positive social change within and beyond its campus. The university has a longstanding commitment to overcoming Indigenous disadvantage in employment and education.
Our strategy includes an Expression of Interest (EOI) program for Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people who are interested in working at UTS.
The EOI program allows individuals to register their interest in various roles at UTS, which may become available in the future. Once registered, individuals will have their expression of interest actively matched against any suitable positions that may arise.
To be eligible, applicants must be of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, identify as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, and be accepted as such by the community in which they live and/or have lived. Remuneration will be dependent on the particular position to which they are appointed and will be in line with recent industry standards.
