Accounting & Finance Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting & Finance professional to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Brisbane market.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Accounting & Finance sector. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and developing new business opportunities through proactive business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit high-calibre professionals for permanent and contract roles within Accounting & Finance
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the industry to identify potential candidates
  • Provide expert advice to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and market movements
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of quality talent through sourcing, networking, and referrals
  • Mentor junior consultants to ensure their success in the role

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the Accounting & Finance sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Brisbane Accounting market and key industries (e.g., professional services, commercial, or not-for-profit)
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ambition, resilience, and a genuine passion for recruitment
