We are looking for a driven, motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our client's internal HR team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of positions (white and blue collar) and support the international recruitment program.

In this autonomous role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to source, attract, and secure top talent. You will have the scope to influence decision-making and bring fresh ideas to improve recruitment processes.

About the Role:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment
  • Support international recruitment activities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
  • Deliver tailored recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with the HR team to drive talent acquisition initiatives
  • Provide market insights to influence workforce planning and hiring decisions
About You:
  • Proven experience in recruitment (internal or agency) across varied role types
  • Knowledge of international recruitment and immigration processes
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
